NetSuite, engineered properly.Architecture. Code. Documentation. Signed by one principal.

A principal-led NetSuite practice with one measure of success: an estate your own team runs confidently, because it was engineered, documented and handed over without dependency.

SG · The problem

Most NetSuite estates do not fail. They drift.

Undocumented customisation

Scripts nobody can explain outlive the people who wrote them. Every change request becomes archaeology before it becomes work.

Configuration debt

Quick fixes compound quietly. Five years in, the account fights the business it was configured to serve.

Consultant churn

Rotating delivery teams reset context every quarter. You pay for the same learning twice, then a third time.

SuiteGyan is built as the opposite: one accountable principal directing a vetted associate network, governance before code, and an exit condition in every engagement: your team runs the estate without us.

No bench ratesNo licence commissionsNo undocumented handovers

SG · Start here

The NetSuite Estate Health Check.

A fixed-fee, five-day diagnostic. The lowest-risk way to learn what your estate actually contains, and what to fix first.

What happens

Five working days inside your account under a signed confidentiality agreement. Configuration, scripts, integrations and reporting are reviewed against governance limits, release readiness and your close calendar.

Fixed fee · Quoted before you commit · No obligation beyond it

What you keep

  • A prioritised risk register
  • A remediation roadmap sequenced by risk, not noise
  • A governance and release-readiness snapshot
  • A one-hour findings walkthrough with your team

SG · Services

Seven disciplines. One standard.

Configuration before customisation, always. Custom code only where native NetSuite genuinely cannot do the job, and then under source control.

Solution architecture & implementation

End-to-end NetSuite design from chart of accounts to order-to-cash. Options papers before build decisions, so you choose with the trade-offs in front of you.

O2CP2PR2RMULTI-SUB

SuiteScript engineering

SuiteScript 2.1 under SDF source control, built to an enforceable 36-standard framework. User events, Map/Reduce, RESTlets and Suitelets inside governance limits.

SS 2.1SDF36-STANDARD FRAMEWORK

Integration & automation

NetSuite to the Microsoft cloud and beyond. REST with OAuth 2.0 and Power Automate flows designed with retries, idempotency and audit trails.

RESTOAUTH 2.0POWER AUTOMATE

Rescue & stabilisation

Inherited a struggling account? Forensic review, a prioritised risk register and a remediation plan your own team can actually follow.

Analytics & reporting

SuiteQL, saved searches and Power BI models shaped around what finance actually asks at month end, not what the demo showed.

Advisory retainer

A principal on call. Architecture reviews, NetSuite release impact notes and a second opinion before you sign the next change order.

Embedded NetSuite administration

SuiteGyan associates placed inside your team as full-time or fractional administrators. Recruited, vetted and directed by the principal, working to SuiteGyan documentation standards, with the network as continuity cover.

SG · Method

Seven stages, one engine: GyanOS. Principal-signed.

Every engagement runs the same governed pipeline, whether it is a two-week enhancement or a full implementation. The sequence below is the sequence you will see on your project plan.

  1. Frame

Scope, constraints and success criteria agreed in writing before anything else moves.

  2. Analyse

Current state, data quality and risk mapped against the target operating model.

  3. Design

An options paper with trade-offs, then a chosen architecture you signed off, not one you discovered.

  4. Build

SDF-managed development tested against governance limits from the first commit.

  5. Assure

UAT scripts including negative paths. Passing the happy path is not the bar.

  6. Document

Functional and technical design documents, runbooks and a handover pack as standard.

  7. Handover

Knowledge transfer, structured adoption and hypercare. The estate belongs to your team, fully explained.

SG · The principal

One accountable name. A network behind it.

SuiteGyan is led by Chandramohan "MS" Sharma: a CA-trained finance mind with a decade inside NetSuite delivery. Around him: a vetted associate network of administrators and specialists deployed into client teams. Based in Mumbai, delivering worldwide.

  • NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant and Certified Administrator, with deep SuiteScript 2.1 and SDF practice
  • Finance-first background, so the ledger logic is never an afterthought
  • Every engagement scoped, designed and signed off by the principal
  • Remote-first from IST, with structured overlap for UK and European hours
  • Certified Change Practitioner: adoption is engineered, not assumed

Most NetSuite consultants learn finance from the system. SuiteGyan works the other way round: finance training first, the platform second. Ledger logic leads every design decision.

Gyan (ज्ञान) is Sanskrit for knowledge. At SuiteGyan it is not branding. Transferred, documented knowledge is the deliverable every engagement is measured against.

SG · Engagement patterns

Client names stay confidential. The shape of the work does not.

Pattern · Rescue

An estate arrives with undocumented scripts and an exited partner. Weeks 1-2: forensic review and risk register. Weeks 3-6: highest-risk fixes under change control. Exit: a documented estate and a runbook your team owns.

Pattern · Implementation

A multi-subsidiary build from the chart of accounts up. Before build: an options paper with the trade-offs priced. During: SDF-managed development and UAT with negative paths. Exit: documentation as a stage gate, not a leaving present.

Pattern · Retainer

A working estate that has to survive growth. Monthly: architecture review. Each release window: impact notes before NetSuite upgrades land. Always: a second opinion before any change order is signed.

SG · Engagement models

Four ways to work together.

A strong fit when

  • You run NetSuite, or are committing to it
  • You want one accountable senior, not a rotating team
  • Documentation and handover matter to you

Not a fit when

  • You want licence resale or discounted seats
  • You need a 24/7 managed support desk
  • You are buying hours, not outcomes

Model A

Project delivery

Fixed-scope implementation or enhancement, run through the full seven-stage pipeline with written gates.

  • Options paper before build
  • SDF-managed codebase
  • UAT pack with negative tests
  • Full documentation set

Model B

Rescue & stabilise

For accounts in trouble. Forensic review first, remediation second, in an order driven by risk rather than noise.

  • Forensic account review
  • Prioritised risk register
  • Remediation roadmap
  • Hypercare through stabilisation

Model C

Advisory retainer

Ongoing access to a principal architect without hiring one. Continuity is the point.

  • Monthly architecture review
  • Release impact assessments
  • Priority response window
  • Change order second opinions

Model D

Embedded administration

A SuiteGyan associate inside your team, full time or fractional, with the principal one call behind them.

  • Recruited and vetted by SuiteGyan
  • Works to SuiteGyan documentation standards
  • Principal oversight built in
  • Continuity cover from the network

Fair questions, straight answers.

Who actually does the work?

Every engagement is architected and signed by the principal: no bait-and-switch to juniors. Delivery and administration capacity comes from a vetted associate network, including administrators embedded full time inside client teams. Scale comes from the network and the AI-augmented pipeline, not a bench.

Is my data safe in an AI-augmented process?

Client data is handled under written confidentiality terms, and sensitive material is minimised or masked before any AI-assisted step. The governance model is documented and shared before an engagement starts.

What is in scope, and what is not?

In scope: architecture, SuiteScript 2.1 and SDF engineering, integrations, analytics, rescue, advisory, embedded administration and adoption of NetSuite's native AI features. Out of scope: NetSuite licence resale. Independence from licence commissions keeps the advice clean.

Where do you deliver from?

Remote-first from Mumbai on IST, with structured working overlap for UK and European hours. On-site presence can be arranged where an engagement genuinely needs it.
